1. Will you give or sell my email address to a third party?

2. Each poll I create has a link that says “Free polls from Free Website Polls.” Can I delete this link?

Answer: No! By the conditions set forth in our Terms and Conditions, you must not alter this code.

3. Can I change the link that shows the Results of my poll?

Answer: No! By the conditions set forth in our Terms and Conditions, you must not alter this code.

4. I want to change some of the choices in this poll. Can I do that at your site, and will the code update automatically at my site?

Answer: No, it won't! You should manually update poll code on your website.

5. Who owns these polls, me or you?

Answer: You create your own polls, and we are not responsible for their content. Nevertheless, see our Terms and Conditions for restrictions on what your poll may contain, as well as the websites in which they are placed.
